By using StartupPul you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and plain so you can actually read them before agreeing.

1. What StartupPul is

StartupPul is an independent practice platform for the Bihar Startup Evaluation Test (BSET). We provide practice questions, explanations, and progress tracking.

We are not affiliated with the Government of Bihar or any official examination body. We do not conduct the exam, issue certificates, or influence results. Our questions are prepared from publicly available policy documents.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to register
Give accurate information when signing up
Your login link is personal — do not share it
One account per person; multiple accounts to reuse free trials may be suspended

3. Plans and pricing

Prices are one-time, not subscriptions. Payment is arranged over WhatsApp; access is activated by a coupon code we send you after payment.

4. The refund guarantee

This applies only to the Guarantee Wala Plan (₹50,000).

🛡️ We refund the full ₹50,000 if:

You do not qualify in two consecutive official BSET examinations, and
You attempted at least 80% of the questions on the platform before each exam, and
You claim within 60 days of the second result being declared

Refunds are processed within 30 days of a verified claim. You will need to share your official result documents so we can verify.

The Khud ki Raftar plan (₹15,000) carries no refund guarantee — this is stated on the pricing page before purchase. Because access is granted immediately and in full, it is otherwise non-refundable.

5. What we don't promise

Practice improves preparation; it does not guarantee an outcome. Except where the guarantee above applies, we make no promise that you will pass. We also do not guarantee that every question mirrors the actual exam — policies change and question papers vary.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Copy, resell, or redistribute our questions and explanations
Share your account or coupon codes with others
Scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer the platform
Attempt to bypass payment or access questions you have not paid for

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

7. Our content

All questions, explanations, and platform content are owned by StartupPul. Buying a plan gives you a personal licence to use them for your own preparation — it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform running continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, or technical faults may cause temporary downtime. Lifetime access means for the operational life of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email, and the date at the top of this page will change. Changes do not retroactively alter a guarantee you have already purchased under.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
